Return policy and Right of Withdrawal

The return of the amount of previously purchased tickets is not allowed. The inability to attend an event or show or experiencing an error when acquiring the ticket(s) are not reasons to receive a refund.

The user may not exercise the Right of Withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with current regulations regarding consumption or retail trade management.

Survival Zombie, before addressing any change on the information available regarding any given event, undertakes to:

a) Publish it on your website as soon as it has knowledge of them, in order to keep users duly informed.

b) Send a message to the email address indicated by the user at the time of purchase informing about such changes.

Refund or cancellation

In case of cancellation of an event, the refund may be made within fifteen days from the date of the public communication of the suspension of said event. After this period, no refund will be accepted.

Purchases made

The refund of the amount of the tickets will be automatically executed to the card from which the purchase was made.

General conditions

1. Once the purchase of a ticket has been made, you can change the holder if the person is unable to attend, paying a small fee for management fees.
2. If the event were postponed for whatever reasons, the tickets would still be valid for the new date.
3. If the buyer would like the return of his ticket for not being able to go on the new date, he will have one week to request his return, or exchange it for another event.
4. Tickets purchased on the same day of the event at check-in as well as merchandising, vials, vaccines, etc. cannot be returned, but can be used for another event.
5. The refund of previously purchased tickets is not allowed. The inability to attend a performance or an error when making the acquisition will not be valid reasons to proceed with the refund.

All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish Law and any dispute arising from any transaction with Survival Zombie will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts. Any of the previous clauses that are void or contrary to the Law, will be considered as not put, subtracting the others in force and with full effectiveness for the parties.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals where appropriate that will be aware of the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction. In the case of a sale made by a company, both parties agrees to expressly waive any other jurisdiction to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).

The refund may not take place in any case if the products supplied (merchandising, vials, vaccines), whatever their category or type, have been manifestly subject to use. The refund or exchange will not be accepted if it is understood that the product has been used, is damaged, stained or incomplete.
